Refund policy

Items returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery/pick up dates are eligible for a refund or exchange.Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Final sale items include hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, earrings, and intimate items. Sale items including markdowns and promotional sales will also be finale sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
