Items returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery/pick up dates are eligible for a refund or exchange.Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Final sale items include hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, earrings, and intimate items. Sale items including markdowns and promotional sales will also be finale sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost are not covered by pipp.s

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided by Canada Post or UPS.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically 4 - 6 business days.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving. Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

Bring your order confirmation. Someone else may collect the order on your behalf with the order confirmation and the name used at checkout.

Orders will be held for 10 days after the ready-for-pickup notification. Please contact us at hello@shoppipps.com if you need additional time.

Our regular return and exchange policy begins on the date your order is picked up.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We currently only offer shipping within Canada. The flat rate is $16.00 for all orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pipp.s is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
