Items returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery/pick up dates are eligible for a refund or exchange.Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned between 15 and 30 days are eligible for exchange only. Any item received through an exchange during this period is final sale.

Sale items, earrings, intimates, hats, hair accessories, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Purchases made before July 13, 2026 remain eligible under our previous 30-day return policy.

Final sale items include hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, earrings, and intimate items. Sale items including markdowns and promotional sales will also be finale sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided by Canada Post.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically 4 - 6 business days.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We currently only offer shipping within Canada. The flat rate is $16.00 for all orders
